Intellectual Property Rights

All Copyright, database rights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website, such as website design, text, graphics, images, the selection and arrangement thereof and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Website is the sole property of Bierhaus ltd or their applicable licensor. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission or display of content of this website without the express written permission Bierhaus ltd) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Age Restriction

It is against the law to sell or supply intoxicating substances to persons less than 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order the purchaser or recipient has confirmed that they are over 18 years of age. (It is an offence for any person under 18 to purchase or to attempt to purchase intoxicating drinks.) If there is any doubt (Challenge 25) then our courier is at liberty to request some form of I.D. from the purchaser or recipient and if they are not satisfied that they are at least the legal age to buy alcohol then they will not leave your ordered alcoholic drink. The cost for the return of the goods, or a new delivery will be paid for by the purchaser.

Prices & Taxes

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The confirmation of despatch e-mail includes a VAT receipt for our customers who can reclaim VAT.

Orders must be accompanied by payment. We accept credit card payment (MasterCard and Visa) and debit card payment (Delta, Solo, Switch and Visa Electron). We also accept payment by PayPal.

We can accept payment by cheque. Any order paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Bierhaus ltd.

The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but cannot accept any liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

At the point an order is submitted, it is deemed that the Purchaser has agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by the company. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the company sends the e-mail confirmation to the Purchaser (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and the Purchaser and the Company irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the

English Courts.
